• Order information: Shipping address, order history, payment method selected, and payment proof submissions (screenshots, transaction hashes).
• Communication data: Messages sent through the contact form or email correspondence.
• Usage data: Pages visited, browser type, device information, and IP address (collected automatically).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill orders
• Verify payment proofs and manage order status
• Manage the loyalty points program (earning, redemption, expiry tracking)
• Send order confirmation and shipping notification emails
• Respond to support inquiries
• Improve the Platform's functionality and user experience
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with built-in encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with industry-standard JWT tokens. Payment proof images are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets and are only accessible to you and authorized administrators via signed URLs.

We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details (beyond what you voluntarily submit in payment proofs), or cryptocurrency wallet private keys. Payment proof screenshots may contain partial bank details — these are viewable only by our payment verification team.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). These are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled while using authenticated features.

We may use basic analytics to understand page traffic and usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking scripts.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (order confirmations, password resets).

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your order history and points data

7. Data Retention

Account and order data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records). Points transaction history is retained for audit purposes even after account closure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. For material changes affecting how we process your data, we will notify registered users via email.
