Return Policy

1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. After 7 days, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Authenticity Dispute
If you believe a product is not genuine, contact us with evidence (photos of serial number, movement, caseback, documentation). If confirmed, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
Document the damage with photos before and during unboxing. Report within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If the reference number, model, or brand does not match your order, contact us immediately. We cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a refund.
Significant Defect
Manufacturing defects not disclosed in the listing (non-functioning movement, misaligned bezel, cracked crystal) are eligible for return. Normal manufacturing tolerances and minor cosmetic variations are not defects.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Product worn, resized, or with removed/damaged tags and stickers
- Missing original packaging, box, or documentation (if originally included)
- Products returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
- Damage caused by the buyer after delivery
4. Return Process
- Email support@WatchWholesaleDepot.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization (if approved) and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging, insured, with tracking. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, authenticity issue, transit damage).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 5 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment. Bank transfer refunds are sent to the originating account. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide. Refund processing time depends on the payment network (1-5 business days for bank transfers, typically same-day for crypto).
6. Points & Returns
If you earned loyalty points on a returned order, those points will be deducted from your balance when the refund is processed. If you redeemed points on the returned order, those points will be refunded back to your account.
