1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WatchWholesaleDepot.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including registered dealers, retailers, and visitors.

2. Account Registration

To access dealer pricing and place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate and current information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3. Pricing & Product Information

All prices displayed to registered users are in US Dollars (USD). Market reference prices (MSRP ranges) are estimates based on publicly available retail data and may not reflect current market conditions exactly. Actual selling prices are exclusive to registered users and subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, but do not guarantee absolute precision. Minor discrepancies in dial color, case finish, or packaging may occur between listed and delivered products.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not confirmed until we accept payment and update the order status accordingly.

We accept payment via bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of order placement. Orders not paid within this window may be automatically cancelled. After payment, you must submit proof of payment (bank transfer screenshot or blockchain transaction hash) through the Platform. Payment verification typically takes up to 24 hours on business days.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed and the order enters "Processing" status, cancellation is not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but if the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — see our Return Policy instead.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold through WatchWholesaleDepot are genuine products sourced from authorized distribution channels. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a full refund including return shipping costs.

7. Loyalty Points Program

Points earned through the rewards program are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of redemption on the Platform. Points expire 90 days from the date earned. We reserve the right to modify the earn rate, redemption rate, or expiry period with reasonable notice. Abuse of the points system (fraudulent orders, returns designed to exploit points) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all points.

8. Intellectual Property

Brand names, logos, and product images displayed on the Platform are trademarks of their respective owners. WatchWholesaleDepot is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands listed. Use of brand names is for identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchWholesaleDepot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication via email at support@WatchWholesaleDepot.com. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which WatchWholesaleDepot operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.
