Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Payment confirmation requires submission and verification of your payment proof (bank transfer screenshot or crypto TX hash). Processing does not begin until payment is verified.

2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery

All shipments include tracking. Estimated delivery times start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at our expense. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to purchase additional shipping insurance.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can also view tracking information in your account under Order History. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. WatchWholesaleDepot has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We declare the actual transaction value on all customs forms. We do not under-declare values, mark items as "gifts," or falsify customs documentation. If this is a requirement for your jurisdiction, we are not the right supplier for you.

6. Packaging

Watches ship in their original brand packaging (box, papers, tags) when available. The outer shipping box is plain and unmarked — no brand logos or value indicators on the exterior. Orders of multiple units are packed to minimize movement and impact during transit.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions. If your country is not available during checkout, we are unable to fulfill orders to that destination. Contact us if you believe your country was excluded in error.
